Is a lock included with my unit?
YES! We include a preferred lock when you rent your unit and it is included as part of a one time $20 admin and setup fee.
How do I rent a unit?
You can rent right online by hovering over “Rent Now” and analyzing options or you can call us at 910-463-9756 and we’ll take care of you!
How do I pay for my unit?
We offer an easy to use online portal for easy access to your account. You can manage your monthly payment methods and setup automated payments if you prefer.
If I need to move out of my unit what do I do?
We require a minimum of a 5 day notice of move-out. We offer easily accessible units with drive up access or indoor climate controlled units with large hallways, moving in or out is a breeze!
